MailOreo Privacy Policy

MailOreo stores account, organization, domain, DNS, mailbox, audit, and abuse-safety data needed to run the service. Secrets are provided through environment configuration and are not shown in the UI.

Mailbox content stays in the configured mail backend. MailOreo does not display demo messages or pretend to sync a mailbox until a real message client is connected.

Provider calls to DNS, mail, and SMTP services happen only when configured and return real provider errors when something is missing or fails.
